To ensure all assigned tasks are carried out in a safe and efficient standard.Management of day-to-day jobs allocated by a central team.The candidate will ideally hold a minimum Level 2 NVQ quallification or be time-served in carpentry, whilst also being experienced in completing various other day-to-day repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, plastering tiling, painting and decorating etc. Our client, a property maintenance company who carry out repairs and maintenance on social housing properties, are looking for a Multi-Trader to carry our general maintenance and repairs on void (empty) local authority domestic properties in Peterborough, Boston and the surrounding area.
